Yale President Peter Salovey has issued several statements regarding the Hamas-Israel war. Most recently, on December 7th 2023, he sent a message to the Yale community titled “Against Hatred” — read the message by visiting the President’s website.

In a statement on October 10th 2023, President Salovey first addressed the recent terrorist attacks and conflict in the Middle East.
