Trizah Aduda
Woodbridge Fellow
Trizah Aduda is the 2025-2026 Woodbridge Fellow for Communications, Research, and Africa at the Office of International Affairs. In this role, she contributes to initiatives that strengthen Yale’s international collaborations, particularly in Africa, and content creation that showcases the university’s global engagement. Trizah graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale College in 2025. During her time as a student at Yale, she explored her interests in economic development, gender, and youth empowerment through interdisciplinary coursework, research, and internships focused on development projects, particularly in East Africa. She also served as Co-Vice President of the Yale African Students Association, where she worked to build community and foster belonging, and as a board member of the Yale Model African Union, where she helped organize an international youth conference in Rwanda. Trizah participated in the Yale Young African Scholars program as a high school student in 2019 and later served as an instructor for the program for three consecutive years. In addition, she was a fellow with Yale’s Through the Eyes of She Initiative, dedicated to rethinking gender and amplifying diverse perspectives in Africa. Trizah hopes to carry forward her passion for connecting people with resources, promoting inclusive development, and amplifying meaningful conversations in her role as a fellow.
