Yale psychologist explores “thinking problems” in new book

Psychology Professor, Woo-Kyoung Ahn, recently published her new book, “Thinking 101: How to Reason Better to Live Better”, last fall. Drawing from her popular Yale undergraduate course, “Thinking”, Ahn explores phenomena of cognitive biases and reasoning fallacies and in particular, provides key insights on how these contribute to some of the most pressing societal issues and inequities we see in our world today. Through evidence-based research and engaging examples, Ahn’s book serves as an accessible, essential guide to how we can improve our daily lives and tackle real-world problems through better awareness.
