• Yale Leads Effort to Protect Cultural Heritage

  • Fall meeting of the Global Consortium for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage

    The Global Consortium for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage was established in 2016 to enable the global university, education and research community to make a transformative contribution to the preservation of cultural heritage, through broad educational programs, major collaborative research initiatives, and an effective advocacy effort. The mission and strategy of the Consortium have been conveyed in the New Haven Declaration in 2016. Members of the GCPCH will gather on the 25th and 26th of September 2017 at Bocconi University, in Milan, Italy, to identify key areas of action and operational initiatives to engage in a collaborative pursuit.

    The Yale-UCL Collaborative, a faculty led initiative, fosters faculty workshops, student exchanges, and joint research projects across departments at both universities.

  • Digging Up History

    Yale faculty engage students in on-site field research at an archeological site near Rome known as Gabii, providing them with practical hands-on experience.
