David Jackson is a professor of Portuguese and Brazilian Literatures and the Director of Undergraduate Studies for Portuguese at Yale University. Professor Jackson’s research and courses have focused on major writers from Brazil, Portugal, and the wider world of the Portuguese Language. He is particularly interested in modernist movements in literature and how those influence society.
