Today Yale welcomes the largest international community in its history, with a current enrollment of 1,770 international students from 110 countries.

Particularly beneficial to applicants contemplating undergraduate study is the fact that Yale College offers financial aid to international students on the same generous basis afforded to U.S. citizens.

Candidates accepted to doctoral programs in the Graduate School are given full tuition waivers and a standard stipend of at least $20,000 (2007-08) a year for the first four years of study. A number of the professional schools have financial aid grants available for international students.
